Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined by the seller and based on your delivery location. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, and the standard delivery takes 3-4 working days. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 PM. Charges may be added to Priority, Overnight and International shipping orders if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Delivery addresses in Northern Island, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, and Scilly Islands should add an additional £6.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 5 business days when ordered before 12:00 PM.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Pure Crystals order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items can only be accepted if returned unopened or in their original packaging without any damage; alternatively, photographic evidence will need to be provided if the item is received damaged. Used beauty products or items that are applied to the skin, such as crystal face rollers, crystal-infused oil rollers, or serums, cannot be returned. Returned merchandise should include the seller's packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Return fees may apply as set by the seller.

Returning Gifts

When returning a gift, a Pure Crystals Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used to make purchases from purecrystals.shop.

Returning Items by Mail

Log into your account by clicking the icon on the top right corner of the page or at purecrystals.shop/customer/account/login/, select the item you wish to return and click return. Fill out the details, including the reason for the return, and you will receive the return label via the email registered. You can print your label or use the QR code if provided by the seller.

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s) and take it to your nearest post office or if you received a QR code, take the package to your nearest post office and they will scan the QR code and print the label for you.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for Pure Crystals to process your return.
